The hotel room was compact and somewhat small, but generally clean to the eye although I found hair in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and the bed was very comfortable, making our first-time experience great in Cape Town. The location was very good, with easy access to V&A Waterfront, Greenpoint, Sea Point, and Camps Bay. The dining experience offered a variety of tastes from around the world but was marred by items left uncleared and mould in the room.

The service is top-notch, with staff being very helpful and accommodating to guests' needs. The dining options may not suit everyone, especially vegetarians, but the food quality is as expected. The surrounding location can be a bit unsettling at night, so it's advisable to use services like Uber for safety.

The hotel also boasted excellent security features and recommended amenities, making it a secure and convenient choice in Century City.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The breakfast was nice, and it was ready earlier than the check-in time. However, the dining experience could have been better.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect! The rooms were basic but comfortable, equipped with everything we needed, clean, and neatly arranged. The housemaids did a great job tidying up every day.
